A male accused of rape confronted to share a topless photography of his supposed victim before they had sex, a court in Tasmania hears.
The 26-year-old man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has pleaded simple to raping a 20-year-old female in March recently.
The Supreme Court in Burnie was told he and the woman had recently been within an everyday intimate relationship for a few months, but a couple of days before the so-called attack the lady had informed him she wanted to end the relationship.
The person is alleged to have pressured the female into coming to his house for sex by threatening to post a topless image of her around her workplace.
The person also faces a second count of rasurado for allegedly forcing the woman to have sex a second time without her consent.
The court heard a recorded police interview with the accused, who in the beginning said they had sex only once in the evening.
Later in the interview he admitted they had sex again, but he said both times were consensual.
“I don’t hear her say no, ” he told authorities.
The man admitted this individual previously threatened to reveal a photography of the women’s breasts that he experienced saved on his cellphone.
I was upset, We guess, about how precisely she takes on head games.
Accused said:
“I was upset, I suppose, about how precisely she plays brain games, ” he advised police.
“She’s cheated and told me she was pregnant a couple of times and as it happens it’s someone else’s. ”
Throughout the interview, law enforcement read out a series of Facebook messages that have been sent after the girl left the house.
Law enforcement said the person published: “Didn’t delete it. ‘! Told you I’d harm you back. ”
